Review on Hartz UltraGuard Reflective Collar Puppies by Shawn Reiter

It was time to change my dogs flea collars because they were becoming ineffective and this collar was getting high reviews! Unfortunately they don't deserve more than one star! I followed the directions and trimmed and stretched them out before placing them on my furry toys. I also "dipped" my babies in advance so the day I put their collars on them would be free of fleas. We waited and every day I saw more and more fleas! My poor terrier went nuts and he quickly developed "hot spots"! Have started buying another product for flea problems! I would NOT recommend this collar if you don't care about efficiency!
