I love my Pillowflex synthetic down pillows. I love how thick these pillows are. They are so soft but keep their shape. These pillows are the softest and most comfortable pillows I have ever had. I bought these inserts in different sizes. My husband doesn't like them as pillows, but I do. I have purchased 28x28 inserts from Revain as well as direct from the company. You can buy them in bulk from the company at an incredible price. I bought 6 of their 22x22 inch inserts direct from the company and they work great with my 20x20 pillowcases. The photos I have attached show a 28 x 28 cm pillow insert in a 26 x 26 euro fake. I also use it in my King and Queen shampoos. They fill out the shams perfectly. I also bought a 14x36 pillow insert to fill my lumbar pillow for our bed. Can also be seen in the attached photos.
