This is a well-made children's dance shoe, especially considering the price. - The nude color is a classic ballet shoe color as expected. - The sole of the foot is made from regular suede material for easy maneuvering, which I haven't seen in any ballet shoes. Good comfort function. I love that these shoes don't have an elastic or tie to tie at the top. The elastic straps around the bridge of the nose are perfect for keeping the shoes in place. My daughter's dance teacher often had to tie her students' shoes, which was a little annoying. My daughter's foot length is about 6.5 inches and I ordered her size 12.5 Little Kid. I deliberately chose a larger size in anticipation. The shoes are definitely big for her, but not by much, so I'm assuming she'll be sure to fit in next year.
