Review on 💎 Enhanced German Steel: International KP 08 Update by Mark Ponnusamy

I wanted to add a working horse knife that anyone could use in the kitchen without touching my shuns! It was very inexpensive and looked like commercial kitchen knives like Victorinox. I had already bought the meat cleaver update so I was sure of the quality. The care and maintenance isn't a big deal either, it seems to retain good sharpness and I use it with every cook. The knife is well made, very sharp and works perfectly. Just a little tired of the blister pack, almost ripped my finger off pulling the cleaver out - anyway, once out of the pack the knife works well and I find it very natural to my prep routine. The 8" certainly fits well for most regular kitchens - I'm actually still looking for a replacement for the 6" chef's knife that's much easier to manage in a [small] home kitchen and home chopping boards (I've never looked at myself used to santoku), but the price is not a problem, I bought 2 for less than 20! I find that these knives (this and the 10 inch Victornix) actually work better when slicing beef. than my Shun 8 inch.
