Got the job done. for my opinion

I needed rings with large/coarse meshes in them but could only find them up to like an inch or two. So I bought 3 inch oversize keyrings and slipped a square of this in between the edges and then bent it around the keyrings with pliers and cut it.I kind of wish each wire in the mesh was tacked to each other so when I cut smaller pieces I wouldn't have to be careful about it staying together, but it got the job done. I can't complain. This stuff is super cheap at the hardware store but I was too lazy to drive there. This was a reasonable price for amaz. though compared to the others.

IT IS JUST AS DESCRIBED PERFECT

The mesh may be too thick for certain applications, resulting in a less refined final product
