One of my favorite kitchen utensils. Now I can refreeze whole grains or creamed corn like my mom did when she was a kid. There's nothing quite like roasting fresh corn in winter! I like that the blade is easy to adjust. Simply place the end with a knife against a wall or block of wood in the center of a large bowl and start pushing the corn cobs down the curved side. Twist the plunger slightly and repeat the process until all the seeds are cut off the plunger. Ideal for people without natural teeth and children!
