Satin pillowcases are more effective
Pillowcases don't fit well even in standard pillowcases because the zipper opening is small. Only one side is "cool" and doesn't stay cool. So if you turn the pillow over to the other side, it's a different material with no cooling properties. I kept them but I also bought regular satin pillowcases and they are much better, they also help prevent tangles at night and they are prettier. I do not recommend these cases.
