It took about 5 minutes to install the lights. It came with some wiring connector that make it really easy to attach the wires from the light to the fixture, and the mounting bracket is designed so it will work with pretty much any existing setup. The lights are amazingly bright, and cover a pretty large area. All 3 lamp heads can be adjusted, the middle one only up and down, but the side ones can also rotate a fair amount. The motion sensor seems to work well, and you can vary how long it stays on, how sensitive the detection is (range), and the brightness. Haven't owned it long enough to say how good the weather proofing is, but so far so good. All in all, for the price it's hard to complain about this product. Would definitely buy again
