We now have these shoes in different sizes because they don't cause blisters even if you don't wear them with socks. I've tried getting my kids cheaper knockoff Jeffersons at Targets and Old Navy and it's been magical. The Jeffersons are definitely worth their money. And they are really durable - my youngest now wears a used Jefferson from my oldest.
