UPDATE: I used this the other day and it's too small for an adult mouth making it uncomfortable but it's a kids toothbrush so here it is lol. I did notice that the vibrations weren't nearly as intense as my Sonicare - probably again because it's for a child. I still highly recommend this toothbrush FOR KIDS but wanted to be clearer as I compared it to Sonicare below. I bought this for my son so he can have a "dad-like" toothbrush that's like Sonicare without the price tag. This helped him brush his teeth more often and better than a regular toothbrush, which is frankly difficult for a toddler. Various cleaning options are a nice bonus. He likes to click and feel different vibrations on his teeth. This toothbrush is smaller and easy for my son to hold. I really liked that the kit also included some interchangeable heads. It looks cheap but it was cheap so you get what you pay for. Overall I would say it's worth every penny and I would buy it again.
