I like that it's easy to use for non techies as well - no need learn code etc all you have do with presides are drag & drop features! The support team could be more proactive in helping users get their questions answered faster if they're not available online when needed or don't respond quickly enough via email (it can take several days).
We've used this tool at work so we understand how much time our customers spend creating forms/pages but also trying different layouts until something works best visually without them messing up any HTML formatting too bad because then its harder than necessary to fix afterwards.
