My girls can play with Perler beads for hours and this set doesn't disappoint. The beadboard patterns are cute and the colors are beautiful and creamy pastels. I have a little girl who is trying to develop finger strength and dexterity to better control her fine motor skills. Using the Perler tweezers is a HUGE strengthening exercise for her little hands and she doesn't even know she's struggling with motor skills because the beads are just plain fun. The design takes some practice ironing the first few times and I found I had to iron a little longer than the instructions stated. Best of all, we can use bead boards over and over again, so when we run out of beads, we can just buy more beads.
