I have tried different diapers for my 10.5lb 10 week old baby who loves diapers but has trouble getting out. I stumbled across it in desperation and it seemed like a good idea to check it out. I was so excited to try it on my child when I received it but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The material is soft to the touch and the design is cute, but there is absolutely no functionality and it's actually very dangerous. Here's why: 1. The tiny Velcro that connects the two short flaps is about 1" x 3" and the adhesive side is about the same size, it doesn't have room to wrap and fasten the diaper tightly , he also pulls on the fabric while the wrap is moving .2. A hat seems like a good idea, but it also means that there is extra fabric over the neck and the baby can easily move between the hat and diaper as the diaper cannot be wrapped tightly for the reasons above.3. If the baby wobbles or wiggles slightly, the diaper lifts all the way up and the Velcro literally wraps around my baby's neck, suffocating him. Thank God I watched her when it happened. Extremely insecure. For all the above reasons I got it back in no time. I give 2 stars only because the fabric is very nice and the design is cute.
