Beautiful dress. I'm 5 inch 4 and about 141 pounds and have a medium. I think my waist is 31 inches above my belly button. About 34 cm lower (belly fat!). It doesn't fit close at all. There's a lot of slack in there, so I could probably get a little. But even with sagging, the seam will begin to unravel from the elastic on the torso after a single use. I can't sew, but I shouldn't take it to the seamstress, I'll try to fix it myself. However, this is a good summer dress. Love the color and how it flows. Very easy. It was hot and muggy today, but I was fine. The length is perfect for my height. Although she wore it with 3 inch mules.
