We live where it's almost always hot and I've seen these neck fans for a long time. Whenever I've reviewed them in the past, they've always been a bit prohibitively expensive. This one looked good and cost less than $20. Class! My husband likes it more than me. It can actually stretch and expand to accommodate larger necks and that's probably why I don't like it. Looks too big and heavy to me. Operation is very simple. There is a single button that turns on and off and adjusts speed x 3. There's really only one way to wear it. I accidentally put it on backwards and wondered why I couldn't feel any air. All injectors are up. This thing will blow air, but it's pretty loud. That would be fine for gardening, but if you want to sit on the beach with friends it can be a nuisance.
