It is easy to use with great tutorials provided by support team - they are really helpful! The product has been used in our project for almost one year now without any problems or issues reported yet. And it's also free so that makes me like this software better than other paid ones I've tried out before (which were not as user friendly). Easy documentation of changes made within version control system such as GitLab when working remotely using TeamViewer would be nice addition if possible though no big issue here since everything works fine already. Release management tool which allows you manage releases from start till end very easily. Notifications via email/SMS alerts etc can help reduce manual work involved during each phase of development cycle.
