Great product - my only complaint is that the four L brackets are held to the holder by friction and a small rubber stopper. With normal everyday use, the tiny rubber plugs pop out and disappear onto the car floor when the phone is placed on and removed from the mount. The corresponding L-bracket then simply slides out. I solved this problem by positioning the L brackets where I need them and applying a dab of super glue. This makes it a permanent install and the brackets can't be adjusted to fit a phone of a different width, but most phones are about the same width these days so it probably doesn't matter much.
