Size up if you want to be able to move your legs
I ordered a medium which will work, but I wish I would have ordered a large. The sherpa lining is soft but doesn't allow for a lot of motion in the legs and makes the fit a bit tighter. Other than that, they are super comfortable and toasty warm.For sizing reference, I'm 5'7 130 lbs, and if I order again I will go with a large.
