A key bracket (connecting the top horizontal VESA mount to the vertical bracket) was missing from the box. Sent pictures to Stereo Advantage and Sanus to see if either of them could expedite delivery of parts for us. Sanus replied at night with a very nice email and a UPS tracking number to ship the missing mount the next day. They also noted that they changed the top horizontal bracket compared to the one in the documentation. Second, the M6 screws and spacers do not fit the Sony XBR75x940D TV. The top two screws are 2mm longer, which is solved by installing or adding two additional washers. The lower M6 screws are too long, even with the plastic spacer installed. I messaged Sanus with a photo asking if they had any recommended screw specs to order from McMaster Carr or your local hardware store - without voiding the warranty. It didn't inspire confidence in my wife when we set up this fairly expensive TV mount (spent a bit more since it's our new $4,000 TV compared to the more basic $50 Hippo mount that takes less installation took time). hour for our old Sharp 70 that we installed in another room).
