Beautiful necklace. It came in a velvet pouch, in a small cardboard jewelry box. I got it today, let's see how it holds up over time. I thought the little silver beads were plastic but they are actually metal. Most of the time the crystal is in contact with the skin BUT the wire winding on the back of the moon sticks out of the amethyst quite a bit but doesn't interfere because of clothing, no sharp shards sticking out. The pink knot sticks out at the bottom of the necklace, which isn't too bad, but it makes the necklace sit a bit odd, I wish it was on the back where it's on the neck. Overall I'm happy with my purchase so far.
