Contact paper has never been easier to work with and this one is no exception. The paper itself is of good quality. It's dense, the print looks like real marble - not pixelated, and the color matches the photos. I applied the paper to the shelves in the kitchen - the previous owners used a different contact paper which when removed also removed the wood grain of the shelves. Since we save ourselves the complete replacement of our cabinets, it didn't make sense to spend a lot of money on a repaint. This contact paper did it. It was a bit tricky to pull it across the front of the shelf (mainly because of the thick paper) but worked great. It would be much easier to apply it on a flat surface. I was tempted to buy another roll to cover the back of the closet as it looks so pretty. Overall I am very happy with the product for my needs and would order again if I needed warm marble contact paper. Make sure you're using a new Xacto blade so the paper doesn't tear when you cut it, and that you're working on a flat surface that you don't mind scratching with the blade (I used a cardboard wrapper). You can use a credit card, but I recommend a sturdy scraper if you have one.
