horrible company not accepting returns because it was broken
I bought my grandchildren a Christmas present on October 27th. This year I tried to do all my Christmas shopping earlier. When my grandson played with it just after Christmas my daughter said he was excited but my daughter called us and said the balloon machine was broken. She contacted the company and said it was too late to go back. I feel terrible for my grandson and also that I lost money on this gift. What a terrible policy when it comes to bringing Christmas back. I think you're a terrible company.
