So far so good. My neck and upper shoulders have been in pain for probably the last ten years. And I really don't want to go to the doctor only to find that this is just another issue to deal with (yes, COMPLETELY irrational). I tried different pillows, from the cheapest to the most expensive. The problem I found is that the fibrous filling has flattened out after just a week of use (maybe my head is too big). Seeing that the problem was the fibrous filling shifting sideways, I settled on a buckwheat flour pillow. It's nice? nope Do I wait for the moment when I go to bed and sleep on it, like on my latex pillow? nope What I look forward to is that my neck and shoulders feel better in the morning. I can successfully cook and move beans at night without disturbing my husband. I don't understand how this pillow can let me down. On the other hand, I didn't foresee the fiasco fiasco either. Very happy at the moment. If not I will update!
