I like that as soon you start uploading items, they are automatically organized into folders in order of date added/modified (or time, depending which option we choose).
The interface can be quite daunting for first-time users but it doesn't take long at least until our employees get familiar with using this software effectively - especially if their colleagues have been trained by us beforehand! We use Mozy Pro so transferring photos between two devices has never really posed much difficulty before now; however since migrating we've realized how helpful having an organization system such as ManagePro makes things look easy again ;).
