Review on Bird Eats Bug by Ryan Nguyen

I love that it is integrated with my Google account which makes everything run smoother! The app has been very helpful in keeping track of all our bug reports so we can see what issues are most common or where to focus our efforts for future releases. It also helps us keep an eye out on new features being added as well. Sometimes there's lag when submitting information but this isn't too often anymore (a couple weeks ago). We use BEEB primarily because its easy access from anywhere via mobile devices. There really aren't any downsides at this point other than maybe some minor UI changes/enhancements could be made if requested by users. As mentioned previously; great product overall!!
