This is the second one I bought because the first one was very reliable. I use them with HP Probooks for USB-C, HDMI and charging expansion. So we can leave the original HP power supplies in the laptop bag while the docking station stays on the table. Everything was fine until the LAN port went down earlier this week. I bought the device in September 2019 but only put it into production in November 2019. I estimate we had up to 8-10 weeks of work before the LAN port died. The return period has expired and I need to look for a replacement.
