I have extremely sensitive gums due to severe allergies. I didn't want to use medicated liniments all the time so this was the perfect answer. I can use it as many times as needed and it works really well! I even use it before flossing my gums so it's not as uncomfortable. I like that everything is natural. It also works well if you have a sore throat if you swallow a little!
