I have bought this type of belt from two other companies. They are different, although they look almost the same. The straps on them can overlap along the entire length, since there is Velcro everywhere. So if you don't have big hands you can use this to overlap and still have a strong grip. Other models from other companies don't work this way; If you stack them on top of each other they will not have the correct Velcro on the outside and therefore cannot be stacked on top of each other without losing their holding power. This won't work very well for most people unless you have big hands. So I highly recommend you consider these straps. The photo actually shows three layers of belt material. The bottom layer, which you can't see, goes through two loops, one of which you can see in the image above, and the other behind the hand below, which you can't see. One end of the strap forms the 2nd layer indicated by the arrow and the 3rd layer is the other end which goes through the loop on the back of the hand. The fact is that regardless of the size of your hand, the velcro material is along the entire length, so it finds a place to seal.
