I like how easy it was once we were matched with our recruiter - she helped us create great job descriptions! The ease of use made finding candidates so much easier than other platforms out there (including LinkedIn). We didn't have any dislikes at this time- they are still working hard though!! If you're looking into using them as your first resource when hiring new employees or just making sure all current staff has access in case something happens then go ahead & give em' try. They do help reduce recruitment costs by bringing qualified people directly from social media profiles/sites such recruitments can be done more efficiently through their system since no phone calls need taking place which saves money over traditional methods used elsewhere.- benefits include being able find experienced applicants quickly without needing lengthy interviews etc.
