scale ordered and received on March 21st. Accurate Scale EXCEPT (big exception!) The scale has a total weight capacity of 1.384kg, NOT 3.0kg. I noticed that in the most annoying way: in the middle of making coffee, when the scale suddenly reached its maximum. Luckily I have other scales so the pourover itself wasn't damaged. It was bought to replace what was supposedly the same scale I had bought and used for several years before it finally broke. I'm not complaining about multiple years of use on the $15 scale. In fact, I've decided to buy the same scale again. HOWEVER, it was clearly not the scales. It differed in clear and obvious ways: in the size/look of the digital display, the feel of the buttons, the position of the text below/above the digital display (with the erroneous indication of a load capacity of 3.0 kg) and the thick . the plastic itself, which felt thicker/harder than the old scales. None of these differences bothered me. In fact, the increased thickness even encouraged me: maybe this one won't last 5 years, but 6, I thought. I will never know! The container is incorrect and will be returned to Revain.
