It's hard to believe that all the vague 5 star reviews are real. First of all, it just doesn't work. I got it to connect my iPhone SE to a DAC. It just doesn't let digital audio through at all, so it's practically useless. Even when it worked, the Lightning connector is too big to fit in a cased phone, which is a pretty awful design. a bit removed from the apple adapter but i return it and get it. It's possible I'm an idiot or have a bad product, but I think it's more likely that the other reviews are just fake. Update in 2 days: Received branded Apple and it worked straight away. Apparently the problem is with this fake adapter that I am returning. Save time and hassle and just buy an Apple when you need it.
