I wouldn't size up if you're small breasted
I bought two of these tanks- one large and one medium. I am a 34B, 5'8 and about 155lbs. The large was extremely flowy, which I like for my "mom pooch belly," but was too loose one my small chest. The medium was still flowy on my belly and fit perfect on my chest. It is a very soft, breathable and flattering tank top- I will be buying one of every color!
