Review on 💡 Find the Perfect OttLite PL13 Replacement Electronic Ballast by Dewitt Graham

My OttLite lasted almost 3 years. I was very pleased. However, pulling out a blown bulb to replace it was quite a hassle. The "tube" of a light bulb broke in half when trying to pull it out of the cartridge. Good thing I was wearing rubber gloves when it happened. I contacted OttLite customer support with my issue and wasn't impressed with the response. I ended up sticking a screwdriver between the socket base and the bulb to "push" it out of the socket. I'm not looking forward to changing the new light when he dies.
