First of all there were no instructions but it's pretty clear how to lay the bathtubs out on the sides and tuck them into the fabric, then pull on the wires and close with velcro in the back and then hang. I'm having some issues with mine getting stuck on the window. I wiped the window with alcohol and let it dry, as did the suction cups, but unfortunately they don't stay sucked. I also soaked the suction cups in warm water as recommended. It will fall down randomly as shown in my picture. My cat is only 3.5 pounds and is 12 weeks old. The wire is strong, the fabric is comfortable, breathable and washable. In general, everything is well done.
