Sweat around your waist, its great!
I bought this so I can sweat while exercising. The band around the waste is neoprene which is great and you will sweet. I read some of the other reviews not sure what others were expecting but I love them. I ride my bike and walk everyday, These are great. I'm buying another pair. This is exactly what I needed.
Pros
- I really like these, but they are a little transparent and thin in the legs.

- Super thin. Made to wear under other leggings, not alone
