. I forgot that what I ordered was supposed to be grey. They are blue and grey. At first they were a lot bluer, but after a few washes they turned blue-grey. Some other commenters talk about how disgusting they are and I disagree that they compare them to motel towels. Motel towels can be used as a scrub and are not as harsh. At the same time that I bought them, I also bought some very soft white bamboo cotton towels. Guess what? I never use these others. First, they are so soft that they slip out of my hands when drying, and individually I don't feel them drying me out. It's a great balance IMHO. They're quite soft, but not so soft that you lose grip when dry, but I've never found them harsh or scratchy. They seem to dry fairly quickly, I use them several times before washing and they never smell moldy (although my bathroom has trouble wicking moisture so I looked for towels that are naturally mold resistant). /Bacteria).
