Review on 2degrees Cloud PBX by Meech Elliott

This software has all of the functions that I need to be able to do my job. It takes time to learn, but once you do it will become your best friend! I don't like how easy it is to get confused when trying to navigate through the menus. The only thing I dislike about this program is the fact that it can be confusing. If you are looking for a great product with tons of features I would recommend this product. I am using the call recording feature to help track calls that have been made. This helps me keep track of who called whom and also allows me to see if something was said during a call that should not have been recorded. It has been easy to use and easy to set up for our business needs. Very helpful for all our employees. I really liked how it was easy to navigate. The only thing that I disliked about this product is that it was not available outside of the United States. However, this product makes my job much easier than using an office phone system or landline phones. We are able to communicate with all of our employees at once instead of having to call them one by one.
