We had 2 pairs broken the same way.
My daughter loved these shoes and played with them so hard.
I understand that accidents happen and things break, but this happened to my two daughters in the same place this summer. I LOVE the chacos and have never had a problem with them but this new design needs to be fixed or I can't keep buying them.
Pros
- Great sturdy sandals! The adjustable strap is convenient to use. Good support. Comfortable.
Cons
- The material is great but the sandals were too tight.
