Not bad for the price. Having a case on my laptop gives me a decent level of confidence that it's not completely vulnerable. The only downside is the assembly. The top cover snaps on very easily and fits great. There is a problem with the bottom. To be clear, it works great and it's not particularly difficult to install on a laptop, but if you're super picky about Alcantara fabric folds, you'll need to be very careful and very patient. It also probably needs a little crafting, maybe with some kind of tool to attach the fasteners to the fabric without creating creases. In fact, the problems only appear in the top two corners next to the Esc and Del keys. Maybe it's a manufacturing defect with my particular order, but I couldn't get it to not crease completely. I got it where they're barely visible and just accepted it. Of course, this is a small detail, and I'm probably just being too neurotic, but despite all that, I'd say it's a good enough cover to recommend buying. If you care about the reflective Windows logo on the top, there's no square cutout on this lid. There is a shallow dip where it should be, but it is not revealed. I have transparent so it's ok but maybe less transparent would suck.
