The glass was stuck with a small incident at the bottom. I don't know if it was the delivery, but the tin was still good. I'm so glad I read the product reviews before purchasing as I have unwanted long dark facial hair. The scent was great like it was a salon wax. It's that easy to use. I would recommend thickening if using on your upper lip, armpits and bikini line because they are STRONG. They took away my long hair and made my skin look like a child's. After removing the wax, small pieces remain. It can be easily cleaned with coconut oil (any oil will do). I suggest using aloe vera as an "after shave," but it doesn't completely remove wax residue from the skin. I love them and will continue to use them.
