I originally wrote a very good review because it was exactly what I was looking for, at a great price (lightning sale)! Love the color, size and amount of padding. However, after only 1 month of use, a few things broke due to normal use (all pictured): - The stretchy elastic cord on the water bottle pocket popped out of the seam connecting it to the pocket, which I sewed back on. in. - The plastic tip on the elastic cord fell off within a week of receiving the bag and has not been disassembled/tampered with (one on each side for attaching to a shoulder strap) was torn at the seams with normal use. Very dissatisfied with so much damage after only 1 month of normal use. I carry a journal, a small 5x7 notepad, a Contigo water bottle, a portable charger, and sometimes an umbrella. I don't think it's hard enough to do that much damage. That being said, I'd really like to keep this style of bag and get a replacement. I purchased a plan/insurance from a third party so will be looking for a replacement bag. I was unable to contact the seller directly despite claiming to be a small business.
