I love this band! The strap that comes with the Inspire 2 gives me an allergic reaction for some reason, so I can't wear it for very long. This is comfortable and doesn't cause any reaction from me. The links are easy to remove if you push the pins out properly. One end of the pins is thicker and if pushed out from that side, they will be difficult to remove. Push them from the other (thin) side when you feel strong resistance and they'll slide out!
