Media could not be loaded. I love it. I was apprehensive about some of the one star reviews but that's exactly what I was hoping for. I have very small skinny wrists and skinny arms but it can stretch to fit me without looking bulky or leaving too much room! There are some moves I can make with my hand, but it's still ok! I can't make movements that hurt me. I tore a few tendons in my hand and flexing some fingers and thumbs hurts, but this brace keeps me from moving like that. Also, you can fully bend the metal plate to fit your wrist! I bent part of my palm inward towards my palm and just squeezed it a little as if I didn't have a tool and didn't need to ask my friend! My circulation is good too! All I did was tighten and loosen it a bit until it was loose enough but still gave support. As for sleep, I can't take it off while sleeping. I had to undo three straps and pull them out. I took my braces off while I was sleeping. It's really comfortable and I have no problem with it day or night.
