I love these pants but was a bit surprised by the waist. The real pants fit is ok but the elastic at the waist tightens more than I expected given the size I ordered. Sitting on a stationary bike was so distracting that I had to take a quick break to go to the locker room and stretch the rubber a bit! It loosened up just enough that I was no longer a distraction or pinch, but it also reassured me that the pants were better sewn/tailored than I expected given the price - the seams and fabric didn't suffer from the fact that I had a tightly warped webbing. elastic inside.
