Out of the box the product looked pristine and perfect on the outside (the box was intact and well packaged) but when I plugged it in the display looked like it had been hit with a hammer (the electronics were smashed behind the perfect one). I will never buy ACER products again. Unbelievable. It was clearly never tested before shipping.
