Pet leash think twice

Yes it was a great price for two 60 lb dogs only 1 year old no worries for about 4 months until I noticed MY pup took off and overtook me with a section of cables trailing behind. Could she break a 100 pound pin at 60 pounds? Once the coating cracks, the metal strand corrodes and breaks easily. This is very annoying. And emotionally draining. And lowered my confidence in any type of tie. Simply put, it's not intended to discourage active puppies from chasing a squirrel, bird, or passerby. play in my unrestricted part of the common room or apartment yard. Realizing this is not recommended for unsupervised pets, I sit back and watch them play. Isn't that part of the joy of having puppies? But the coating begins to crack and delaminate after prolonged exposure to the weather, making it impractical for its intended use. Once the inner core is exposed, it's only a matter of time before it breaks. And under the coating, a rusty, brittle, low-quality wire is visible. I'm sure if you have a lazy dog with arthritis it will be fine. But nothing for energetic young dogs. Communication with the manufacturer did not bring any results, not even an apology for their dissatisfaction.
