This case has some disadvantages. First, it comes with no instructions and is very difficult to take apart to install an iPad. (By the way, the video on the website is useless.) Second, the stand appears to be made out of cheap plastic and will likely break easily, as many reviewers have found out. Third, you cannot use it in portrait mode; It's very heavy and will tip over unless you're supporting the stand with something like a stack of sticky notes. Fourth, it offers no screen protection.
