Poorly made.

Two issues: You had to rotate it while it was plugged in so some of the noise didn't go away (e.g. instruments) Even when plugged into a power line with no sound, there is an intermittent crackling sound . At a higher volume, the ears would hurt. I mean it's not hard to do. I will never buy again.
