I am 5'4, 140lbs. I wanted a looser fit around the arms so I ordered a Medium and it fit great. Not too snug in the arms and the length is perfect, hits right under the butt. I have gained a little weight over the past year and my arms are not too toned at the moment, so i feel if you are my same height and weight but you are toned you could definitely order a small. I plan to order more of these!
- I like this top but it is a little big. Next time I will size down.
