First off, the Cetaphil product usually works well enough for me. Have been using it for a decade. I'm only giving this experience 1 star because the jar arrived with a cracked lid and dirt/grime on the jar lid threads, the top of the lid is clearly dirty/greasy and the jar may or may not be missing product. To be honest, I'm not sure if these jars are usually overfilled or not, but the container is definitely not "full". I'm going to throw it away because I've heard too many horror stories about divers finding/selling unsanitary items here on Revain and can't return it anytime soon. Anyway, I hope I'm just being paranoid, but other buyers should beware✌🏻
